We have produced an engineering design for this new 8-storey mixed-use Office and Leisure development. Unfortunately this speculative development is currently on ice.

The development comprises 3 buildings linked together around a listed public house; an 8-storey main building at the rear of the site including a contiguous piled basement, a 4-storey Oval-shaped office entrance building connected via a glazed atrium and a 2-storey rectangular building forming the entrance to the ground and basement Leisure unit. All existing boundary walls are to be retained including the rear wall which contains an original 1930s mural logo.

The development will make use of geothermal energy for heating and the lower two front buildings are to have green roofs.
