Judith helped us shape an ambitious and industry changing programme for Riverside Sunderland. Beyond setting strategic objectives for the project, they have demonstrated technically how this can be achieved on carbon, energy and the circular economy, engaging with the design team, supply chain and key stakeholders in the process. Judith’s team were instrumental in helping us to secure additional funding for smart infrastructure to be delivered as part of the Housing Expo.
