Lean Design & Construction Strategies

We help you bring efficient design and construction approaches into your major infrastructure programmes. This ranges from peer review and/or efficiency auditing at project stage gates, through to development of new front-end design concepts and construction innovations.  

Product Development & Delivery

We work with major clients and supply chains to develop new products and deliver them into practice. To date this has included a transformational new gantry range for National Highways, product development for the nuclear sector, low carbon platform components for the rail industry, and industrialised bridge and lift system for the wider transport sector.
