The Bridgewater Triangle proposals deliver a key portion of the Olympic Legacy Communities programme in and around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. The highly sustainable development will be landscape led, celebrating its ‘island’ setting between the Waterworks and City Mill Rivers. With approximately 575 homes, of which a minimum 40% are affordable, a key aim for the family neighbourhood has been to enhance the public realm and create an enjoyable place to live and visit.
Working with Mikhail Riches for the LLDC, Expedition have provided a wide range of expertise to develop the masterplan scheme for an outline planning submission, with a focus on embedding sustainable strategies into the masterplan.
